Bloom Chiropractic & Wellness is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance, personal injury, auto accident, or third-party liability claims. Payment is due at the time of service.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network chiropractic benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by your individual insurance plan.

I believe chiropractic care should be personalized because no two patients are exactly alike. Every visit is tailored to your individual needs and may include chiropractic adjustments, extremity adjusting, soft tissue therapies, and patient education to help you move better, feel better, and function at your best. I take the time to listen to your concerns, explain what I’m finding, and create a treatment plan that’s designed around your goals, not just your symptoms. My goal is to help you get well, stay well, and continue doing the things you love. While I enjoy caring for patients of all ages, I have a special interest in pregnancy, postpartum care, infants, children, and growing families.
